Selah Rose is a passionate young dance artist and educator whose greatest gift is her ability to inspire those around her. She began dancing at the age of seven and quickly discovered a love for performing. Over the years, that passion grew into a calling to encourage, mentor, and inspire young dancers both in and beyond the classroom.
A versatile performer, Selah has trained extensively in ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and tap. She has performed both ensemble and lead roles throughout her training and has earned recognition for her artistry, dedication, and stage presence, including being named an Artist on Fire and receiving top honors at prestigious competitions. Selah has also broadened her artistic experience through modeling and acting while continuing to pursue excellence in every opportunity.
Committed to lifelong learning, Selah has trained through ballet and jazz intensives at the University of South Carolina and participated in renowned training experiences with Alvin Ailey and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing with a minor in Dance at the University of South Carolina, reflecting her heart for both serving others and growing as an artist.
As an instructor, Selah brings an unmatched level of encouragement, positivity, and genuine care to every dancer she teaches. She has a special ability to make students feel seen, celebrated, and confident as they grow. Selah believes dance is about more than technique—it is an opportunity to build confidence, cultivate artistry, and inspire joy that extends far beyond the studio.
